Dr. Jacob Sorber was born and raised in Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor degree in Human Biology. Dr. Sorber received his DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, he was accepted into a one-year General Practice Residency with Denver Health Medical Center. His residency had a wide scope that included restorative and prosthodontic dentistry as well as a focus in oral surgery and endodontics.
Dr. Sorber believes it is not only important to have a healthy, functioning smile, but you should also be proud of your teeth. His passion to improve smiles and relieve oral pain is what has driven his further education and participation in a number study clubs and educational programs across the country. He is a member of the Colorado Dental Association, American Dental Association as well as the Colorado New Dentist Committee.
Dr. Sorber loves to escape to the mountains to ski, hike, camp and fish. He is a diehard sports fan, especially Detroit and Michigan State teams. He also travels when he can to visit friends and family all over the United States.
